GRASSOLIND Cotton Paraffin Tulle – Non-adherent paraffin gauze dressing
The GRASSOLIND is a non-adherent cotton paraffin tulle dressing available in 7,5cm x 10cm or 10cm x10cm. It is designed as a gentle primary wound contact layer for superficial wounds, burns, skin grafts, abrasions and donor sites — providing a non-adherent interface that prevents painful dressing adherence.
The dressing is impregnated with white soft paraffin, which keeps the wound surface moist and prevents the gauze from adhering to healing tissue. The soft cotton gauze conforms easily to irregular wound surfaces and body contours.
