Size guide
Find the right adult nappy size
Use this guide to compare pads, slips and pull-ups. For the best fit, measure the waist or hips and choose the product style that matches the wearer's mobility and changing routine.
Slips for higher absorbency and assisted changes
Slips fasten at the sides and work well for heavy leakage, overnight use, bowel leakage or care while lying down.

Fit checks
- Measure around the waist or hips at the widest comfortable point.
- The tapes should fasten securely without cutting into the skin.
- Choose slips for higher absorbency needs or when a carer assists with changes.
