As always just a quick message and the problems are rectified .There was no stock of the item ordered and I could not place the order .Henk organised that the stock would be available online and i made the purchase and the items were shipped when it arrived at the warehouse .Thanks again for the prompt excellent service .I really appreciate the personal touch
