How do I choose the right MoliCare product?
Choose based on mobility and care needs. Pull-up pants suit active users who change independently. Slip-style adult nappies are better for higher absorbency needs, overnight use, or assisted changes while lying down.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within 3-5 business days after payment is confirmed. Deliveries take place Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Outlying or regional areas may take a little longer.
What does delivery cost?
Delivery is calculated by area and order value. Main center areas: free over R 1 000, otherwise R 75. Regional delivery: R 135.
What if I receive the wrong item?
Contact NappyCare as soon as possible via WhatsApp or email. The team will help arrange collection and replacement of the incorrect item.
Can I return a product?
Returns depend on the product condition and the returns policy. Contact NappyCare before sending anything back so the team can confirm the correct return process.
