The COSMOPOR I.V. is a non-woven island dressing specifically designed for securing and protecting intravenous cannulas, peripheral lines and catheter insertion sites. Available in 8cm x 6cm, it provides a secure, sterile covering that protects the insertion site from bacterial contamination while keeping the cannula firmly in place.
The breathable non-woven backing allows moisture vapour to escape, reducing maceration at the insertion site, while the absorbent central pad manages any minor oozing. The hypoallergenic adhesive is gentle on sensitive skin.
